Did a 20 minute workout on the new vibration machine.  Was feeling a bit lazy prior to going on - after I finished I had a surge of energy & a feeling of happiness, hmmm, hope that happens each time, lol.

Vibration Machine - yay, this arrived today! AMAZING for the wobbly bits, could not believe how quickly it took my body into a fat burning phase. 10 mins = 1 hour's exercise, so they say, will certainly add this to my daily workout routine ... :

Today's Exercise

Wished I'd done a bit more at the Gym !

Started with some 2.5 kg dumbells on a weight bench including - all upper body exercises as I've been doing too many lower body exercises lately.

Over to the Rower - rowed 751m in 2 m 39 s - playing the Fish Game on the Concept 2 :)  Just love the rowing machine.

Circuit machines next - once again, just upper body i.e. Seated Row, Lateral Pulldown, Shoulder Press, Chest Press etc.

About an hour's worth in all - so that'll do for today, I think.
