I have the flu - or something like it - aching limbs, lethargy & the rest.  Had a full day in bed yesterday, and I think I'm reaping the benefits today as I'm feeling slightly better.

Pycsam Gym today

Went to the gym, phew - so pleased I did!

I jumped onto the Concept Rower & rowed my heart out for 2 kms.  Did this in 10 mins., so I'm pretty pleased with that.

Over to the recumbent bike, 15 mins. this time, managed to get my heart rate up to a fat burning level.

Not sure what the "?" was for, yesterday, motivation was down as my day's plans were interrupted by computer problems that everyone in the household seemed to have.  Guess who's the lucky one to fix them all - how come I'm the ONLY one who can fix anything around here.  I'm no pro, neither, so it makes it doubly hard.

Anyway, did the mandatory 10 mins. on the Vibration Machine - my word, it DOES work - but my word, it CAN make you ache!

Had a quiet couple of days - feeling a little despondent - no real reason but I'm feeling I should UP my programme a bit!  So, tomorrow, a PYCSAM gym class & the ladies circuit will be on my agenda.

Had to shop for some new gym gear, have worn out all my bottoms - 3 new pairs & a few other little surprise purchases.  Must have needed some retail therapy!

Did a 20 minute workout on the new vibration machine.  Was feeling a bit lazy prior to going on - after I finished I had a surge of energy & a feeling of happiness, hmmm, hope that happens each time, lol.

Vibration Machine - yay, this arrived today! AMAZING for the wobbly bits, could not believe how quickly it took my body into a fat burning phase. 10 mins = 1 hour's exercise, so they say, will certainly add this to my daily workout routine ... :

Today's Exercise

Wished I'd done a bit more at the Gym !

Started with some 2.5 kg dumbells on a weight bench including - all upper body exercises as I've been doing too many lower body exercises lately.

Over to the Rower - rowed 751m in 2 m 39 s - playing the Fish Game on the Concept 2 :)  Just love the rowing machine.

Circuit machines next - once again, just upper body i.e. Seated Row, Lateral Pulldown, Shoulder Press, Chest Press etc.

About an hour's worth in all - so that'll do for today, I think.
