Pycsam Gym today

Went to the gym, phew - so pleased I did!

I jumped onto the Concept Rower & rowed my heart out for 2 kms.  Did this in 10 mins., so I'm pretty pleased with that.

Over to the recumbent bike, 15 mins. this time, managed to get my heart rate up to a fat burning level.
